A global Real Estate business are looking for a Risk & Compliance Manager to join their business, working closely across Europe & Middle East regions. The role will require travel to these jurisdictions 25% of the time.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversight, management and completion of the Client Acceptance/AML process for assigned regions.
- Providing support for the review and implementation of policies and procedures across the regions.
- Co-ordinating Country Risk management programmes and reporting
- Implementation of open actions in relation to Internal Audit issues, SAQs, Risk Management and any others that might have been identified during country visits.
- Supporting the wider Europe & Middle East management team on adhoc projects
Job Requirements:
- A strong background within Financial Crime Compliance working within a similar Real Estate business.
- Strong Financial Crime knowledge, particularly with regards to onboarding processes across Europe & the Middle East.
- Qualified Accountant, preferable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good communicator, comfortable dealing with all levels of staff.
