We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a part-time Administrator to work within a Retirement Living Scheme in Ormskirk, on an ongoing, temporary basis with permanent potential.
You will be working a 6-week rolling rota, covering between the hours of 0745am to 2015pm across weekdays and weekends and will be doing on average 21 hours per week.
Your new role
You will work as part of a small team to provide front of house services, carry out general administration duties and support the Scheme Manager with organising & delivering social events for the scheme. You'll be the main point of contact for all customers, including NHS clients, and you will support the health & wellbeing of residents through scheme activities.
Some key responsibilities of this role will be responding to enquiries from residents & customers, preparing sign-up packs, file management, inputting information onto housing management systems, building facility testing, HR returns and logging repairs.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need strong IT skills with the ability to navigate Microsoft packages confidently, as well as excellent written & verbal communication skills. You'll also need recent administration experience within a similar role/setting.
