Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity in the farming industry? Look no further!
We are looking for Robot Operators to join an amazing team based in Chichester, UK.
As a Robot Operator, you'll spend your day in the field, looking after robots and making sure they pick great strawberries. You'll work up to 5 days a week (with occasional weekend work), for 8–10 hours per day, with early starts (and, if you are willing, potential evening or night shifts). You'll also be able to contribute your ideas and fixes to improve daily operations and productivity in the field.
No experience operating robots? No problem! If you can use an Xbox controller, you can operate the robots. All we require is excitement and a willingness to learn, along with a high attention to detail.
Nice to have: Farm experience or experience in the military, manufacturing, or operations/logistics.
