Romanian Speaking Customer Service Advisor (Fixed term contract for 12 months)
Location -Newark (Hybrid working available)
This is a fantastic opportunity for a fluent Romanian speaker to join a leading employer in the Newark area on a temporary basis for up to 12 months
The Role of Romanian Speaking Customer Services involves:
- Answering and responding to incoming telephone calls and emails from both Romanian and English business customers
- Providing 1st line technical support and excellent levels of Customer Service
- Diagnosing technical faults and providing over the phone solutions
- Investigating customer queries and liaising with internal departments to resolve
- Escalating technical queries to 2nd line support
- Working SLA against call handling times, resolutions etc
- Updating and processing customer information onto an in-house computer system
- Administration including emails and client correspondence using Word and Outlook
The ideal candidate for Romanian Speaking Customer Services will have the following:
- Fluent in both spoken and written Romanian
- Ability to investigate and resolve problems
- Able to communicate effectively with all departments and areas of the business
- Excellent telephone manner with good Customer Service skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Word
- Previous Customer Service experience is essential
- Full Flexibility with working hours (shifts between 5:30am - 10pm including weekend rotation)
- Working across 5 out of 7 days a week with some weekends work involved (typically one day of the weekend - Saturday or Sunday -1 in 3 weeks)
