Rta Solicitor/Fee Earner

My client is a market leading law firm in Macclesfield and they are looking for a RTA Solicitor/fee earner to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RTA Solicitor to join their rapidly growing firm.

The successful candidate will join our RTA department and will deal with a quality caseload.

The successful candidate will have the following knowledge and experience –

• Solicitor / Fee Earner with at least 2 years RTA experience
• Extensive knowledge of RTA work and be able to run claims from inception to Trial
• Experience of handling claims arising from RTA Accidents
• Excellent client care
• Good IT skills / confidence in using a case management system (Proclaim experience preferable but not essential)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
