Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership of the Management Finance Reporting roadmap, encompassing the development of SAP reporting tools, reporting design and build, and process standardisation and optimisation.
- Lead the global rollout of new reports, reporting systems, and processes, collaborating with local Finance teams and Shared Services to ensure consistency and provide support with process and systems.
- Develop and oversee a Finance Reporting Centre of Excellence, focusing on the ongoing maintenance, improvement, and development of financial reports and reporting systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration.
- Previous experience in financial reporting, accounting.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting processes, systems, and best practices.
- Experience with financial reporting tools and software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tableau) preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership and project management skills
