Job title: Safeguarding HR Caseworker
Job Type: Contract
Start date: ASAP – Subject to clearance
Duration: 6 months
Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits:
182.36/day Umbrella
135.73/day PAYE
Location: Hampshire
Hours of work: Up to 40 hours Mon–Friday
Applicants must have experience of the following:
– Experience in safeguarding children
– Qualifications in relevant subject area – Diploma/Degree
– Sound knowledge of legal frameworks
Role information:
– Promote the wellbeing and safeguarding of children
– Act as point of contact outside office hours regarding safeguarding disclosures, concerns and referrals
– Provide safeguarding advice and guidance
– Attend meetings
– Resolve enquiries
– Lead safeguarding cases, ensuring legislation is adhered to
– Ensure full and accurate records are maintained
– Advise on data protection legislation
