Brand new Safer Gambling Officer role! We’re looking to expand our current Safer Gambling Team with a naturally inquisitive person with a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will help analyse potential risks and have a good understanding on how retail gambling works. Safer Gambling is about safeguarding our customers, which is at the heart of the company!
What you will be doing –
- Analysis of Safer Gambling processes against the risk management framework to ensure that operational processes and controls are working in the way that is required
- Analysis of Safer Gambling Interactions (SGIs) in both Online and Retail environments to measure effectiveness and identify improvements
- Reporting findings to stakeholders where process failure has been identified
- Maintaining a tracker of issues and continuous improvement
- Ensure that control deficiencies and risk impacts are escalated so that root cause analysis can be performed, and remedial actions taken
- Collaborating with stakeholders across William Hill to ensure that knowledge is clear, accurate, consistent and trusted.
