If so, the Health & Safety Team have an exciting opportunity for you!
As a Safety Assurance Officer, you'll implement and support Clarions Safety Framework, working with colleagues to ensure the safety of our people, customers and properties. You'll be responsible for managing outputs and delivery of agreed audit and review plans and deliver an exemplary Safety service for Clarion, meeting audit targets in key risk areas on a routine and regular basis including: Asbestos, Construction, Gas, Electrical, CDM, Building Safety and associated Contractor safety management. You'll also co-ordinate and complete investigations and develop and deliver training programs to upskill our people in all aspects of safety.
We are looking for a confident, resilient and highly motivated individual with excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills to undertake the role of Safety Assurance Officer. You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a combination of operational responsibilities, audit and assurance checks and project delivery. The successful candidate will be passionate about safety, NEBOSH qualified, have a good understanding of UK Health & Safety legislation, with experience of application of safety practices within a Housing Association or other similar diverse and multi-disciplinary property-related organisation.
