Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor - £45,000 - £55,000 + £5,300 Car Allowance or Company Car + 28 Days Annual Leave + Comprehensive Package – London / South East – Facilities / Maintenance - (phone number removed)
Key responsibilities of this Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor include:
Conducting site auditsWork closely with all stakeholdersBuilding relationships on siteDelivering Toolbox talksAttending site and office meetingsLiaising regularly with site teamsWriting and reviewing RAMSCarrying out Accident InvestigationsDelivering Training
The successful Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor will hold:
Experience within Facilities Management / Maintenance / HousingNEBOSH General Certificate minimumExperience working in live environments with tenants / general publicFull UK Driver’s License
