Sales Account Executive Role & Responsibilities:

• Managing existing account portfolios and nurture key relationships with trade accounts, acting as point of contact for all accounts.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key partners to drive referral business.
• Develop a deep understanding of each trade customers’ needs and tailor solutions accordingly
• Utilise in-depth product knowledge to offer the best service which is catered to unique customer needs
• Provide accurate and timely reporting of account status and growth initiatives
• Onboard new trade applicants and look to proactively expand current customer base
• Self-generate leads within your customer base through regular account reviews
• Liaise closely with our trade marketing manager to develop market intelligence and customer insight to increase credibility and competitive advantage.

Sales Account Executive Skills and Experience:

• 1-2 years account management experience handling large key accounts
• Consistent track record of working within a target driven environment and achieving these targets consistently
• Driven & positive mindset with outstanding customer service, communication and sales skills

• Resilience and tenacity, with the ability to handle rejection
• Proficient in computer-based systems, Outlook, and all Microsoft platforms

• Full driving license required due to remote location
