Job Title:Sales Account Manager

Location: Romsey, Hampshire

Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Sales Account Manager. BPC Energy Ltd is an independently owned international corporation, offering an established and effective range of power protection products, services and sells to a very broad spectrum of industries and sectors.

This role will be responsible for developing and building successful long term client relationships to a number of existing key accounts. It is important the right candidate has excellent written and verbal communication and IT skills and be customer service oriented. The role will be office based.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of accounts, acting as the main point of contact to achieve long term success
• Develop positive customer relationships
• Customer interface directly and via email and telephone
• Track and monitor sales targets/metrics, aligned with company objectives
• To prepare product sales material and quotations
• Respond to incoming enquiries in a timely manner
• Negotiate and close sales
• To be conversant in the BPC product range
• Promote BPC products and services to existing customers
• To ensure that the company's profile and image is always maintained at the highest standard .
• To perform any other duties as instructed from time to time by any Director of the company or by the Sales Managers.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Self-motivated
• Good time management and prioritisation skills.
• Strong written, listening and oral communication sales skills.
• Excellent time management
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Fully conversant in the spoken English language

Extra Information:

• 20 days holiday per annum this will increase by 1 day for each year of service up to a maximum of 25 days.
• Working hours will be Monday - Friday, 9-5:30, including a 1-hour lunch.
