ROLE: Sales Administrator
SALARY: Up to £25,000
LOCATION: Nottingham (Office Based)
THE COMPANY: We are currently working with a global manufacturer, based in Nottingham, who are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team.

THE CANDIDATE: The right candidate will have experience in a similar role and will ideally have a background within B2B manufacturing, although candidates without this will be considered.
The successful individual will be confident in liaising with clients, processing orders and raising invoices.
Experience with SAP would be beneficial, however full system training will be given.
DAILY DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Handling incoming calls and emails and distributing these to the relevant member of the team.
- Processing orders and monitoring their progress until delivery.
- Providing quotations based on generic pricelists and clarifying any technical queries with the relevant team.
- Managing the complaints process and escalating any issues to management, if required.
- Supporting with general administrative duties.
