Role: Sales Administrator (6-month FTC) Immediate start!Location: Home basedSalary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (pro rata)We are looking for a Sales Administrator to provide admin support to the team for a Fixed Term Contract for 6 Months. Our client is an innovative business supplying a wide range of Branded and own label food products across multiple categories in chilled, frozen, and ambient.As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for:Sales Order Processing: Efficiently process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Maintain up-to-date records and relevant documents. Loading Promotions Debit notesAdministrative Support: Assist in maintaining and organising sales records and reports General Administrative TasksData Entry: Accurately input and maintain sales data in our CRM system. Compile and generate sales reports for analysis and decision-making.We are looking for someone with: Previous experience in a similar administrative role is a plus. Strong organisational and time management skills. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records. Proficiency in using standard office software, including Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Customer-focused with the ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanour. Experience with CRM systems is a bonus.
