My client is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their well-established Manufacturing company. You will be working as part of a small close team undertaking day to day sales administrative duties, liaising with customers internally and externally. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys all aspects of Administration roles and thrives in a busy fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
* To support the company's sales team with all aspects of sales and supply
* Dealing with key customers, in providing quotations, dealing with enquires
* Taking information from sales team, interpreting and communicating to suppliers and internal staff
* Inputting sales orders and purchase orders
* General assistance to staff on site, as required
Skills required:
* Computer literate (MS Excel. Word, PowerPoint)
* Commercial awareness
* Confident in dealing with a range of contacts
* Speed in responding to arising customer issues
* Thorough, accurate and organized
* Attention to detail
