Test Equity UK is looking for a confident and enthusiastic team player with a passion for outstanding customer service to join our growing Sales department in the role of Sales Administrator.
Based in St Asaph, North Wales, Test Equity UK are one of the leading Test & Measurement distributors in the UK and has over 20 years’ experience supplying Test and Measurement solutions.
Responsibilities include:
Customer Relations
· Acting as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers
· Dealing with phone and email enquiries for the sales department
· Communicating customer information to colleagues promptly and accurately
· Liaising directly with manufacturers
Daily Tasks
· Loading leads and opportunities within the system.
· Raising sales, rental, and calibration quotations on the company’s IT systems
· Processing customer application and approval forms and liaising with other departments to ensure they are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
· Maintain and update the internal CRM database.
· Working with internal departments to ensure e-commerce processes run smoothly.
· Running system-generated reports
· Phoning customers regarding open quotations and queries
· Working with external sales team to provide support with the above tasks.
· Processing rentals, calibrations, and sales orders on the company’s IT systems.
· Liaising with suppliers to ensure accurate delivery dates are communicated.
Other duties
· To assist the Head of operations and other managers within Test Equity with any other duties as and when required, commensurate with grade and salary.
· Occasionally working on special projects to create lead generation.
The role is advertised as full time, however we will consider part time applicants.
