As Sales Administratoryou will play an instrumental role in business operations, providing a pivotal link between internal departments and external business customers.
You will be responsible for all sales administration and B2B customer service, delivering a smooth order and distribution process.

Sales Administrator Responsibilities:
- Sales order and purchase order entry on internal ERP and B2B platforms.
- Provide excellent day to day administrative support to the Sales Team.
- Provide excellent day to day customer service to retail accounts, ensuring all KPI's are met.
- Work very closely with Finance, Warehousing & Logistics to ensure all operations run smoothly.
- Work towards monthly targets by planning, allocating and booking in retailer deliveries, keeping them up to date with lead times and stock availability.
- Reporting - produce weekly allocation, delivery and stock reports along with seasonal reporting and figures/updates for the Management Team on a regular basis.
Sales Administrator Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience within sales administration and customer service, in a B2B environment.
- Deadline driven with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- A team player with very strong communication skills, along with the ability to work comfortably on your own initiative.
