Sales Administrator

The Role
- Supporting customers and managing the communication surrounding the order process
- Creating customer order specifications/quotes and invoices
- Maintain and build relationships with clients to understand their needs
- Work with the team to ensure processes and deadlines are met
- Effectively multi-task and prioritize highly demanding daily responsibilities
- Adhere to the systems and processes to ensure a consistent work-flow
- Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner whilst following all relevant internal procedures.
The Candidate
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent numerical skills
- Strong work ethic and motivated
- Excellent customer service skills
- Multi-tasking with the ability to prioritize
- Team player
- Excellent administration skills
- Intermediate experience using Word and Excel
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30
