The Company you will be working for

Our client is a successful and established company based in Newton Aycliffe, Country Durham. They are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team part time on a temporary to permanent basis. If you suit the person specification for the role, please apply below.

The Job you will be Doing

  • Order entry using bespoke management software
  • Tracking and managing courier deliveries to ensure orders are delivered on time
  • Liaising with couriers via telephone and email
  • Communicating with both customers and clients via telephone and email
  • Completing and updating daily tasks from a shared online calendar
  • General data entry
  • Dealing with sales enquiries via telephone and email
  • Serving customers on trade counter

About You

  • Previous sales or admin experience in a sales office is desirable
  • Have a good level of IT and keyboard skills
  • Possess a good attention to detail
  • Telephone enquiry experience is essential
  • Have experience with parts matching using technical drawings of appliances
  • Eager to learn and be part of a team
  • Have GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
