Temporary Sales Administrator - Newport

Carbon60 are looking to recruit a Temporary Sales Administrator to join a well-established manufacturing company in Newport. This would be a Temp role to assist the team for 6 months.
This would be an ideal role for someone available immediately.
Working: Monday - Friday 10am - 3pm.
Hourly Rate: Up to £11 per hour.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Email Management for incoming orders/enquiries for a busy inbox.
- Accurate Sales Order entry into Epicor.
- Assist with creating/sending the delivery notes to customer via Epicor. (Transport prepare the loads/data)
- Assist with customer contact to advise delivery dates.
- Assist with marketing campaign with Sales Team (Sending data/leaflets to potential customers).
- Epicor training will be fully provided.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of sales operations experience preferred or working in admin within a sale environment.
- Good knowledge Microsoft Office.
