SalarySales Administrator
£12.82 per hour, Temp to Perm, Horsham, 8:30am - 5:00pm, potential to accrue 28 days holiday
Our client is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their small yet dynamic team in Horsham on a temp to perm basis. They will be assisting the manager with various administrative and sales tasks. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, eager to support the team and tackle tasks as needed. Some of the daily duties include:
- Running purchase order reports and confirming delivery dates with suppliers
- Booking carriers and handling any queries
- Answering and transferring phone calls
- Chasing customer payments
- Running delivery due lists and informing the sales team of any issues
Our client will provide full training for the role, although the ideal candidate will have some experience in an office environment or as an Administrator.
