In a nutshell
Our client is a leader in manufacturing bespoke commercial equipment and solutions to businesses across the UK and overseas. They are the leaders in product innovation, and design concepts through to completion all on one site.
Working within an established administration and coordination team you will play a pivotal role in office-based administration and support that's provided for the UK businesses. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure a satisfactory level of customer service is provided all key customers.
You will handle incoming calls and emails from customers and process all call/email related documentation and general office administration. You will be required to deal with orders from start to finish, including the liaison with logistic companies to ensure that everything is processed and delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate will have administration experience coupled with strong customer service skills.
What's involved for the Sales Administrator
- Prepare and follow up quotations
- Deal with incoming emails and calls
- Check stock availability in relation to orders placed
- Raise purchase order numbers
- Order entry
- Co-ordinate deliveries with logistic companies
- Monitor delivery and collections
- Liaise with credit control to manage customer accounts
- Raise returns and associated debit and credit notes
- General ad hoc administration

This is a Full time, permanent Sales Administrator role, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.
