We are working with a fantastic company who are based near Solihull . They are looking to expand their customer service department and are now looking for an experienced a Sales administrator. This is a great opportunity to join a business-friendly team.
Job Functions:
- Efficient management of all order processing, answering calls and finding information relating to customer queries as required.
- Processing of spares and machine orders
- Communicating and liaising with both internal and external customers to ensure accurate delivery times.
- Managing back order lists to ensure invoicing and deliveries are not missed.
- Work alongside a team of three other coordinators managing day to day activities and prioritise workloads.
- Handling shipping imports and exports including paperwork and declarations for borders.
Key Responsibilities and Priorities
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate customer records to include the company details and accurate call reports on the CRM system according to current SOP’s.
- Preparing proposals and quotes that meet the customers technical specification.
- Monitoring and implementing changes to open sales orders.
