Responsibilities:

Enter orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are captured correctly. Provide support to the sales team by maintaining effective communication with a large customer base. Create job structures based on processed orders, ensuring all requirements are met. Collaborate with local suppliers to place purchase orders, following the instructions provided. Scan and file orders according to the system's organisational structure. Take on any additional administrative duties as required.
