I'm currently recruiting a Sales Administrator to join my clients small team based in Aston, Birmingham.
Role
- Be the first point of contact for all customers
- Manage all incoming enquiries and inbox
- Manage courier collections
- Print labels for warehouse
- Process all orders
- Update all customers data accordingly
You must
- Have worked within Customer Service
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Be confident to pick up the phone and build relationships with customers
- Excellent attention to detail and able work to tight deadlines
- Have a can do attitude
£23,500
