Sales Administrator Responsibilities:- Managing incoming telephone enquiries and email enquires
- Liaising with suppliers and placing orders
- Processing accurate quotes within agreed timescales
- Processing and accurately inputting sales orders in a timely manner
- Arranging transport
- Managing purchase orders and delivery notes
- Providing general support to the wider team
Required skills & experience:- Good knowledge of Microsoft Packages
- Professional and confident communication skills
- Able to multi-task and prioritise
- GSCE in Maths at grade C or equivalent
- Have your own transport due to the location of the office
