We are working with a fantastic family run business, based in Castle Donnington who are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their successful wholesale company. You will provide excellent customer service and administration skills as part of the busy processing team.
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
- Current or recent experience within a customer service/administration role
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Previous experience of handling complaints
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Work well under pressure
The ideal candidate will have proven experience within a customer service/administration role ideally within the E-Commerce sector would be an advantage. You will be very organised and have fantastic attention to detail. Having experience of dealing with couriers would also be advantageous.
Within this position, you’ll be:
- Processing orders on the bespoke system in a timely manner
- Liaising with customers via phone and email
- Answering all calls with a professional manner
- Handling incoming complaints and dealing with these accordingly
- Working as part of a team & supporting the team & the wider business as required
- Providing an excellent customer service
Salary & Working Hours
- £22,000 – £23,000 per annum, dependant on experience
- Full time hours, Monday - Friday
- Birthday day off
