Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:30
Salary £26,000 - £28,500
 
We have partnered with a friendly and supportive team in Wellingborough who are looking for a personable and bright administrator. You will play an integral part of assisting their manufacturing facility and must be comfortable working in a small but busy fast paced department.
Key duties:

• Reception duties – post, telephone and greeting of visitors.
• Support production planning and admin across:
• Daily material usage, time sheet information, stock take and inventory records and costing information.
• Entering customer sales orders
• Processing Sales invoices & purchase invoices
• Monthly statements and chasing any overdue accounts
• Keeping the customer and supplier informed and regularly updated
• Raising of P/O’s & three-way matching – P/O, delivery note, invoice
• Monthly payment run
• Reconcile supplier statements

 
Skills:

• Good well rounded administrative, and or sales admin experience
• Microsoft Office experience is essential - Word and Excel.
• Good Communication skills both written verbal
• Excellent organisational skills, methodical, attention to detail.
• Flexible approach and quick thinking can do attitude.
• Experience using JDEwards software desirable but not essential
