- Position: Sales Administrator
- Location: Kidderminster
- On site role with free parking
- Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm
My client is a manufacturer of luxury carpets across the UK. They are seeking 2 Sales Administrators to join a small team based in the office.
About the Job:
- Receive and make calls to customers
- Processing sales orders
- Customer Service handling of complaints, compiling and sending letters
- Maintaining stock records and stock control.
- Create and update budgets for marketing purposes
- Monitor website data and process updates
- Use of Mailchimp communication system for customer email updates
- Liaison with the Warehouse for orders to be cut, wrapped, and dispatched
- Invoicing customers and managing aged debt
- Organising samples for customers
About the Candidate:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Sage experience would be advantageous
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving
- Proactive
Package:
- Salary £24,000 - £28,000
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Pension
- This is an office based role Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
- Free on-site parking
