As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and nurturing strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, overseeing projects, and ensuring the smooth execution of orders. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will be essential in resolving customer issues and providing top-notch service.
Responsibilities:
Working as part of a small team the job offered is to assist the Sales Manager in all areas including:
Answering the phones and dealing with email enquiries.
Inputting customer quotes and sales order
Dealing with customer queries and liaising with the Warehouse.
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate an excellent telephone manner and communication skills, with good computer skills, excel would be an advantage.
Time management and the ability to prioritize work is essential.
Full training will be given.
