I am looking for a temporary Sales administrator for a leading company in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be able to provide administrative support to our team, including:
- Answering phone calls and emails.
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
- Preparing reports and presentations.
- Processing paperwork and filing.
- Other administrative tasks as needed.
Responsibilities as an Administrator:
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team.
- Answer phone calls and emails.
- Prepare reports and presentations.

Qualifications and skills for an Administrator:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to work under pressure.
Benefits and Additional Information for the Administrator:
This is a temporary role as an Administrator with the potential to become permanent.
We are looking for someone who is available to work full-time, Monday to Friday.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
We are a fast-paced company, so you will need to be able to work under pressure.
Salary: £14-£15 per hour
Hours: Full-time 48 hours per week
Contract - 3 months ongoing
