Sales Administrator

Technique Recruitment Solutions are working a leading engineering firm based in Snetterton looking for an experienced Sales Administrator/Progress Chaser to join their team on a full time, permanent basis due to expansion of the business.
Order Processor
Full Time 40 hours a week
Salary up to GBP24,500
This order processor will have a range of duties supporting the senior management team in the administration of all aspects of the production process from dispatch to ordering and liaising with customers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Using a bespoke MRP system to process orders accurately.
Ordering Materials/goods and arranging delivery with suppliers
Working closely with the workshop floor and production office
Raising orders and creating purchase order numbers
Liasing with customers and suppliers over the phone and email
Experience Required:
Excellent attention to detail
Experience working in a similar role within production engineering environment is desired.
Ability to multitask and prioritise work loads
Computer literate and strong knowledge of Microsoft packages is essential.
This role is fully office based and due to the location of the role, your own transport is essential.
