Sales Administrator / Account Manager - IT Solutions - £30-40K

Responsibilities:
- Proactively communicate with internal teams and clients to gather information, address queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage CRM data entry, maintaining and updating sales and customer records, with a high degree of accuracy.
- Management of service agreements in the internal system, audits and ensuring there are accurate.
- Execute data entry tasks, meticulously checking data accuracy in quotes, orders, and invoices.
- Create quotes and service review documentation, contributing to the sales administration process.
- Minuting account management meetings and distrusting tasks to the relevant people via MS Planner. Managing the planner tasks and ensuring they are being actioned and the client is kept updated.
- Liaise effectively with all internal departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
- Take charge of the CEO's diary, ensuring efficient time management and coordination.
- Generate sales reports, analyse service tickets, and contribute to sales performance metrics.
- Supporting the process of qualifying leads with a templated list of questions
- Play a key role in supporting the CEO and internal departments to deliver excellent customer service to our established and growing customer base.
Skills:
- Excellent time management skills.
- Experienced in sales administration and/or sales support roles.
- Evidence of success in a similar role.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data management with an understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent customer communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- A team player capable of working collaboratively and meeting deadlines.
