Account Manager
This Role would suit someone who is organised and understands how to organise shipping products.
Responsibilities
- Day to day management and relationship building of international customers.
- Drive volume growth through our existing customer base by seeking and developing all opportunities that are the right fit for our business.
- Identify, research and deliver any new business opportunities that fit the business strategy.
- Provide, as directed, accurate and timely reports.
- To ensure that the service and operation is delivered in line with the client's expectations and achieving all set financial targets and budgets.
- Be point of contact for clients with account queries.
- Providing and maintaining the quality of service delivery.
- Act in accordance with all company policies and rules as detailed in the company handbook.
- Undertake any other appropriate duties as requested.
Required skills
- Proven account management required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
