Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Sales Administrator and Customer Support Executive on behalf of our client based in Luton, Beds.
Working within the Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for providing customer service support.
Essential Attrubutes:
- Previous customer advisory or sales admin experience gained in a customer facing role is essential.
- You will be a great team player and possess excellent communication skills, as you will be supporting both internal and external customers
- Must have strong attention to detail and a confident and enthusiastic approach and must be willing to learn.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal is required, along with a pro-active approach.

Main Duties:
• Quote chasing support - Create specific quotations using the CRM system SAP
• Cold/Warm calling existing customers, anything in the pipeline and arrange meeting for BDM
• Call customer to follow up after BDM meeting
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy
• Work with colleagues to ensure the achievement of departmental targets
• Gain up to date product knowledge
• Design panel templates for customer approval
• Achievement of Customer Service KPI s
Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5 pm - 37.5 hour week
Salary: £23,900 pa + Benefits
