Do you come from an administrative background, with experience dealing with detailed paperwork, looking for a versatile role where you will support customers through the process of claiming energy grants, nurturing warm leads and earning fantastic commission in reward?

The company provides retrofit advice and services to residential and commercial clients, ensuring that properties are compliant with the government's net-zero goals. They are looking for a Sales Administrator with an eye for a detail and a positive attitude to ensure they achieve their growth goals. You will be responsible for calling warm leads, and collecting all relevant documentation to qualify them.

This role would suit someone from a mortgages, loans or customer service background with a great eye for detail and administrative skill, who is happy to be on the phones.

The role:

• Support customers from initial survey through to installation stage
• Proactively follow up on warm leads, collecting essential documentation for grant applications
• Update CRM with accurate records of customer documentation
• Make outbound calls, focusing on gathering documentation and answering queries

The person:

• Administrator, sales advisor or similar
• Happy to speak to customers over the phone
