Exciting new opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a thriving fashion company specialising in women's, men's and children's apparel.

Due to recent and planned growth within the UK head office, they are looking to expand their Account Management team to support the expansion of the company, accounts and apparel categories.

This role will be reporting into and working very closely with the Senior Account Management team to trade and grow the fashion divisions further.

You will be energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated, eager to develop within the industry. This role would suit someone with 6-12 months experience within a fashion head office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up costing and customer buy sheets with key information to enable customers orders to be raised.
• Add all order details to the critical (quantities/size breakdowns.
• Reconcile purchase orders received and ensure all details are correct.
• Manage sales orders and make any changes where necessary and ensure all orders are sent to the factories on time.
• Work closely with logistics to ensure all orders are handed and flag any delays both internally and externally.
• Refresh available stock reports for weekly trading.
• Run weekly critical path reports to send to customers.
• Send samples to buyers for meetings and track to ensure they are returned.
• Pull out samples and assist in preparing for customer meetings.
• Set up new customers and ensure all manuals have been provided to relevant teams.
• Key contact for customers for any queries on orders.

You will have:

• Proven experience in a similar role within retail.
• Highly motivated and driven to meet deadlines.
• Organised and able to prioritise workload in a very fast paced environment.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Passionate and enthusiastic.
