Hays Business Support are working with a fantastic private sector organisation based in Dundee. They are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis, but would consider a temporary member for a minimum one year. This role is paying GBP24,000 - GBP26,000 per annum and requires a candidate to start immediately, or at short notice.
Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer status reports and invoice statements efficiently. Additionally, you will work closely with couriers to coordinate the uplift of goods and track deliveries. Your tasks will also include supporting order input, updating business plans, and maintaining status reports. Moreover, you will assist customer account managers with various administrative tasks as needed. Overall, you will handle a range of administration duties to ensure smooth operations.
