Term: Permanent
Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday - Friday

The Role of Sales Administrator:

• Undertake sales administration tasks relating to new clients onboarding. Follow internal sales processes and procedures to ensure the updating of the database
• Undertake market research and initiate outgoing sales calls to establish a database of contacts and companies.
• Handle initial sales enquiries across all services and provide assistance in the sales cycle from start to closing.
• Help to maintain a sales pipeline in line with sales targets.
• Assist with the identifying of opportunities and cross sell other services to existing clients.
• Maintain effective communication with other internal departments.
• Keep up to date on regulations applicable to the business
• Help to produce reports as required.

To be considered for the role of Sales Administrator:

• A-level qualified & GCSE including Maths & English
• Confident and outgoing with a positive enthusiastic approach
• Strong administrative skills
• Attention to detail
• Able to prioritise workloads / multi-task to meet deadlines
• Good Microsoft office skills (word, excel)
• Good telephone manner
• Able to communicate effectively
• Highly self-motivated
• Sales experience
• Full UK Driving Licence & car due to the location of the office

• Salary:  £28,000          
• Hours:  9am – 5pm Monday - Friday
