We are looking for a Sales Administrator to support the sales team with various administrative tasks.
As an Sales Administrator within the dynamic and busy Leeds Sales Department the job is busy and offers a variety of tasks to fully utilise all your skills and experience.
What will you be doing?
Providing full admin support including updating systems, typing correspondence and producing reports
Dealing with general queries from clients
Managing the appointment diaries for the team
Confirming appointments with customers and all follow up Administration
What are we looking for?
Previous experience working in similar role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Good communication and someone who enjoys working in lively sales environment
Proactive approach to providing support to a team
