Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. The Sales Administrator will provide administrative support to the sales department and assist in ensuring smooth operations. This is a vital role in maintaining effective communication and coordination between the sales team, clients, and other departments.
Duties:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and quotation and invoice preparation
- Maintain and update customer database with accurate and current information

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Assist in order processing
- Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing necessary administrative support
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Proficiency in using Sage or similar CRM software for managing customer data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to computerize information accurately and efficiently using Microsoft Word, Office, and Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Administrative skills to handle paperwork, maintain records, and perform general office tasks
- Basic IT knowledge to troubleshoot minor technical issues
