Sales Administrator/ Order Processor

Witham, Essex

£25,000 - £27,000 per annum

Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 5pm, and Friday, 8.30am to 3.30pm

As a Sales Administrator/ Order Processor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely order processing. Your attention to detail and keen eye for specifications will be vital in meeting client requirements. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating product specifications based on information provided by the design department
  • Conducting accurate data input and verifying that drawings align with client needs
  • Emailing finalised specifications to clients
  • Collaborating with various departments and making necessary amendments
  • Transferring information from CAD drawings into Excel
  • Producing CAD drawings for non-standard designs
  • Liaising with different departments to ensure client specifications are met

To excel in this role, you should ideally have previous experience in order processing and possess CAD skills. Your excellent attention to detail will be highly valued as you meticulously navigate through specifications and drawings.

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires driving due to the location of the business. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can bring enthusiasm and dedication to their work.
