Sales Administrator Job Description:
We require a Sales Administrator for an important role within our organisation. Reporting to and working closely with the Sales Executive and Managing Director the successful candidate, must have a positive and hardworking ethos. You will be expected to work as part of a team and individually as required. The ideal candidate would need to be able to multi task, sometimes under time restraints. This vacancy would be suited to someone with great attention to detail and a can do attitude.

Full Time Employment 35 hours per week. Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch
Sales Administrator Main responsibilities:
Dealing with day to day telephone/email enquiries in a timely manner. Producing accurate and professional quotations on behalf of management Liaising and placing orders with suppliers Processing and inputting of sales orders Gathering historical order/supplier information Liaising with the warehouse to discuss lorry runs Arranging transportation of goods Providing general support to the rest of the team/management Matching of purchase invoices to goods received notes and orders for authorisation by the Directors. Matching delivery notes to sales orders and invoicing. Sales Administrator: Required qualifications, skills and experience
Minimum 5 GCSE s Grade A-C or equivalent Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Previous sales / purchasing experience Logistics handling / experience Professional and warm telephone manner Excellent communication skills A person who can cope with multitasking. Ideally proficient at using Pegasus Opera software (but not essential) Own transport (we are located at the end of a long industrial estate and the nearest bus stop is approx 1 mile away) Holidays: 21 Days per year + Statutory Bank Holidays
Salary: GBP22,500 to GBP25,000 per annum dependent upon experience
Location: Jay's Refractory Specialists Ltd, Callywhite Lane, Dronfield, S18 2XR
