Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Sales Administrator to join our team in Tipton. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating customer inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of internal sales processes.

Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders and quotations accurately and efficiently
• Liaise with customers to provide product information, pricing, and support
• Handle incoming calls and emails, addressing customer queries and concerns in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and inventory management
• Work closely with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolution of customer issues

The Ideal candidate would have:

• Previous experience in making outbound calls desired but not essential
• Previous experience in powered access industry preferred but not essential as full training can be given

Working Monday to Friday 7.30am -5pm
