Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Sales Administrator to join our team in Tipton. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating customer inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of internal sales processes.
Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders and quotations accurately and efficiently
- Liaise with customers to provide product information, pricing, and support
- Handle incoming calls and emails, addressing customer queries and concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and inventory management
- Work closely with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolution of customer issues
The Ideal candidate would have:

- Previous experience in making outbound calls desired but not essential
- Previous experience in powered access industry preferred but not essential as full training can be given
Working Monday to Friday 7.30am -5pm
