From becoming the first British company to design, develop and build a commercially viable and widely adopted jukebox platform in the 1970's, Sound Leisure went on to pioneer the early development of digitised music platforms in the 1980's and were responsible for the reintroduction of vinyl jukeboxes in 2016.
We are now looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team and managing sales-related documentation.
Key Responsibilities -
- Process sales orders
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfil orders and track order status
- Maintain and update customer records in the sales database
- Keep customer information up-to-date and accurate in the CRM system
- Prepare and send sales quotes and invoices
- Respond to customer queries via telephone and email
- Provide comprehensive administrative support
Experience required -
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
