Job description

A well-established wholesaler based in Wythenshawe, due to consistent growth and expansion are looking to hire a Sales Administrator to join their team.
This will be a fast-paced role, working within a small business, meaning the role will be very varied.
You must be confident processing orders, dealing with queries and managing the process from start through to delivery.
The ideal person for the role will have previous sales administration / sales order processing experience and have a passion to provide excellent customer service.
Salary will be up to £25k, depending upon experience.
What will you be doing as a Sales Administrator?

  • Processing incoming customer orders
  • Dealing with incoming queries over the telephone
  • Administration of orders and quotations
  • Producing purchase orders
  • Advising customers throughout each stage of the process.
  • Resolving potential issues ensuring full customer satisfaction
  • Administration of orders and quotations
  • Planning effective and efficient deliveries of products to customers
  • Liaising with transport to ensure on time deliveries are met and customers are updated throughout the full order and delivery process
  • Recording and actioning any non-conformances
  • Working closely with both the internal team and external partners


We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience within sales administration / sales order processing is preferred
  • Must have previous customer service experience and be keen to exceed customer expectations
  • Excellent communication skills and a polite and professional telephone manner are essential to building relationships with customers and the internal team
  • Keen eye for detail is required in the role and ability to work within fast paced environment
  • You will be positive, enthusiastic and motivated with a problem solving outlook
  • Experience of using MS Office including Excel is needed


What will you get in return for your work as a Sales Administrator?

  • Salary up to £25,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Full time - Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm ideally, however other options could also be considered
