Details:
- Days: Monday-Friday, with a half day on Friday's!
- Hours: 08:00-17:00
- Permanent role
- Salary: £22,500-£23,000 depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team by managing calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings, and ensuring all documentation is prepared accurately and promptly.
- Be the point of contact for sales inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses to clients and colleagues.
- To take responsibility for a designated group of customers, establishing an excellent working relationship in order to assist sales development with those customers.
- Processing of their customer orders with data entry and contract review.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
- Utilise our CRM system to update and maintain customer records and sales data.
- To assist with all matters of general office administration within the sales office, including filing.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in an office based, customer facing role is essential or a faced paced administration role is essential.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software. (Desirable)
- Previous experience in sales administration role. (Desirable)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- A positive attitude with a customer-centric mindset.
