We are currently recruiting for our client based in the Clitheroe area who are looking to appoint a temporary Internal Sales Advisor. The successful candidate must have previously worked within a busy Customer service / sales team. See below more duties and responsibilities.
You will be part of a small team tasked with converting prospective customers, identifying their business needs and discussing the solutions you can offer to them.
You will invite quote requests and pro-actively follow up on quotes to gain valuable customer feedback and facilitate new account set ups.
Close liaison with the external Sales Team and internal Customer First team will be required and you will need the ability to answer a wide range of customers questions and queries on the products, service and support we offer.
Following on from the successful conversion of new customers you will be involved in supporting these customers through the Onboarding process and will answer and respond to a wide range of queries.
You will need to be adaptable and prioritise your workload based on business needs, make decisions in collaboration with your team and have a problem-solving mind set.
Hours of work Monday to Friday 8.45am 5pm with a 30 minute lunch break
Essential Skills
Comfortable with outbound calling to warm leads
Ability to build rapport with prospective customers
Excellent communication skills and previous customer service or sales experience
Computer literate with experience of using MS Office
