REALISTICALLY you can progress into your fiurst management role within 12 to 18 months with increased basic salary and earnings. The salary on this sales assistant position is up to GBP23,000 with bonuses on top of up to GBP7,000.We are looking for someone that is passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer service and working hard with a can do attitude. - Improving and maintaining high levels of customer service standards in your store.
- Maintaining company and brand standards are maintained as well as adhering to Health and saferty guidelines.
- Achieving store and company KPI's.
What you will need to have and demonstrate:
- Energy and enthusiasm for delivering great service.
- Experience in retail/hospitality or similar service driven industry.
- Be pro active - There can be quite times in store so it's up to you to work hard and find things to do - your progression is in your hands!
