Sales Advisor£36,905 per annum (£41,999 Potential Earnings)Birmingham, Hereford, Coventry, Worcester and areas of operationPermanent Full TimeWork Pattern: 37 hours Thursday to Monday 8:30 am to 4:30 pmThis role is Weekend WorkingOur client are looking for an experienced Sales Advisor to join their successful New Homes Sales Team. The ideal applicant will have at least 2 years sales experience working within a developer background; they will be a self starter with a flexible approach to work. They will need to have the ability work well on both an individual basis and as part of a team, providing excellent customer service at all times. Our clients area of operation is throughout the west midlands including, Coventry, Birmingham, Hereford, Worcester, Shropshire and Dudley. You will liaise with competitors and estate agents on a weekly basis in order to ascertain that your development values are in line with market conditions and competitors.The role is based on site; you will however be required to work at their Birmingham Office and between sites and also sell shared ownership properties as and when required.
